LEASYS, according to the priority n. 4 of the LdV
call for proposals, operates directly on the
education and training sector aiming at the
development of best praxis and innovative models and
methods addressed to experts, teachers and trainers
which realise lifelong learning processes,
giving an answer to the renowned social and labour
market needs.
Objectives:
-
To realise the survey of the lifelong learning
state of the art in the partner Countries and
to compare the acquired data;
-
To start the definition and the sharing at the
European level of best praxis, models and
methods of lifelong learning addressed to
experts, teachers and trainers;
-
To elaborate a shared Training Model
prototype based on the Experience
Approach
Methodology
which can help the operators to overcomes the
limits of the traditional methods and to create
learning contests that favourite the development
of social skills and the improvement of the
relationship with the local social contest;
-
To elaborate operative paper and multimedia
tools (Guidelines) - shared, tested and
validated by all the partners - which must be
used by operators of the lifelong learning.
The tools must be flexible and adaptable to the
different beneficiaries;

To diffuse the concept of lifelong learning
focused on the user;
-
To create, since the starting of the planned
activities, a web site as an on line
system of communication that can be used by the
operators and the visitors. In the same time,
this tool will be used to realise a
dissemination activity finalised to determinate
an efficient impact, which must guarantee the
continuity of the project after the closing of
all the activities;

To disseminate the results using the networks
where each partner is member and also the
traditional systems.
The project intend to create tools shared at the
European level to guarantee an easy access to a
quality system of lifelong learning on the different
opportunities of education, training,
requalification and employability in Europe for all
the long life.
The innovative elements of the project are as
follows:
- The
diffusion of the concept of lifelong learning
focused on the user;
- The
opportunity to connect, integrate and share the
different training systems between all the partners;
- The
application of the Experience
Approach
Methodology to the unemployed and employed
in phase of reconversion
and young people in phase of access to the labour
market (disadvantaged or with skills acquired in non
formal contests);
- The
adoption of the LaSPP, Laboratory for the
Simulated Participated Planning methodology to
realise the workshops. This methodology contribute
to improve the
comparison, the operating abilities and the dynamics
sharing of
the aims of the project between the involved actors
in the different phases of projecting, planning,
monitoring and evaluation process.
The target group is:
-
experts, teachers and trainers which operate in
the public/private education/training system
realising lifelong learning processes.
Therefore, the experimentation of innovative
teaching and learning methods is addressed to
all the persons that, at the system level, have
a crucial role for the innovation of the
approach with disadvantaged people who need
specific skills to improve their relationships
with the referring contest. Considering all
above, the final beneficiaries are:

young people that left or risk to leave the
school and searching for the first work place;
-
Workers that risk to loose their work place that
need an individual re-qualification process,
finalised to create again a new work profile by
the support of experts, teachers and trainers,
which will use the developed lifelong
learning tools;
-
Unemployed and not employed people, to
facilitate their re-enter or access in the
labour market by an individual lifelong
learning process aimed to awareness them on
the specific professional capabilities.
